Growing US-based corporate relocation law firm with a branch office in London, seeks an experienced and well-established Corporate Immigration Solicitor to develop and lead its UK immigration department. This is an ideal position for a creative and motivated self-starter.
About the Successful Candidate
You will be a well-established Corporate Immigration Solicitor - ideally 2 - 5 + pqe*, with provable experience advising on the following business visa categories:
* Intracompany Transfers
* Investor
* Entrepreneur
* Setting up in business
* Sponsor Licenses and Work permits
* Permit-free employment
* Overseas domestic workers
* General Migrants
* Skilled Worker
You will have gained experience and built a reputation in Legal Private Practice;
Candidates who can bring a sizeable book of clients will have a distinct advantage;
Candidates must be able to display a vision to develop a marketing plan, and to actively seek and win new clients for the firm;
Business savvy and a commercial outlook is crucial;
A forward-thinking approach is key - long-term vision for the future growth and appreciation of what the firm is trying to achieve are also key.

Compensation
£Market Rate and Negotiable, plus share of net fees generated by the department.
